Chocolate buttercream forms the bark with marzipan rounds used as the ends of the log.

A triangular Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese and toasted pecan filling is frosted in green buttercream and given a chocolate trunk.
A gold star tops the cake while a golden swag and multicolor sprinkles decorate the tree.

Tins are available for a nominal charge if you want to give a tin of cookies.  We do tend to run out of tins in the days before Christmas, so order early.  Tins fit anywhere from 4 to 12 cookies generally.
