Mexican Chocolate Cake

A chocolate cake that's accented with cinnamon, black pepper and cayenne for a little heat.  Frosted with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting.

Passionfruit Mousse Cake

A white cake is filled with a tangy, tropical
passionfruit mousse. A stenciled sponge cake
covers the sides with fresh fruit on top.
A visual "wow," its our most celebratory cake.

Blackberry Walnut Cake

A Walnut Cake is split into 3 layers. Each
layer is spread with seedless blackberry jam
and a kirsch-flavored cream. The whole
cake is covered with chocolate ganache.

A moist red pound cake is filled with a toasted
pecan cream cheese frosting.

Vanilla buttermilk cake with cream cheese frosting

A white chiffon cake is brushed with
espresso and rum and filled with a mascarpone
rum cream. Covered with a chocolate glaze and small fondant flowers. An adult dessert.
