Welcome to Twiggs Coffeehouse and Bakery!

We are a local coffeehouse and bakery in the heart of University Heights. A local establishment with a twenty-fiveyear history, we offer pastries, coffee, retail and specialty cakes.

Everything in our coffeehouses is baked in house and roasted locally.Our mission is to continue to be a hub and third space for the San Diego community. We are space where community is built and we celebrate, exhibit, and present the arts.

Twiggs Coffeehouse and Bakery has built a relationship of over twenty years with Cafe Calabria Coffee Roasters.
The cafes have sourced their beans from Cafe Calabria and have worked together under the guidance of longtime Twiggs Coffeehouse manager, Norma Cortez to develop a signature blend for Twiggs Coffeehouse and Bakery.
This Medium Roast Blend has been a mainstay of the cafés and continues to be a large part of the cafe culture in University Heights.
